I'd have rated 0 stars if I could!
Charged me in advance for a taxi from London to Luton airport. In the morning of the flight notified me that the driver would be very late, risking me (and 6 family members) missing our flight. Didn't offer any solution, and we had to scramble and find a public transport way to get to the airport.
Then, for two weeks, despite repeating nudges, didn't get back to me about a refund.
What a terrible service!!!
