Don't use this company, they will screw your day over!
I had a very important meeting to get to this morning. I booked a taxi for 4:20 am and the diver rang me and said he will be with me around 5. I had to cancel my taxi resulting in me missing the meeting!
It's now 16:40 and I still have not received a refund - this was a long journey so was a substantial amount of money, will look at taking this up legally if it don't get it soon!
I'm NEVER using this company again, I recommend that you do the same!!!
