Booked a taxi. Super easy and paid up front. Where it came unstuck was when I cancelled. To put this inot perspective. I booked at 8:28 this morning and tried to cancel at 11:00. I was told that because it was within 10 days before my taxi was due to arrive, I'd only recieve 10% of the amont paid. I paid £81 for that taxi ride. You can do the maths. To anyone thinking of using this taki system I'd say use your local taxi company and absolutely do not pay these guys as they are thieves. Quite simply thieves.
