Taxicode Took £281 for a journey never made! Taxicode Booking Number #TCC47C54043D5 Please be very careful of this company. We have been badly exploited by their customer service representative who has taken advantage of a "no refund policy on their advanced bookings" to take £281 from my bank account, for a booking made but cancelled within 15 minutes of booking due to a misunderstanding from reading their website as to what type of vehicle was being supplied Taxicode Agent said "you will lose your money as we have a no refund policy" I responded we had only just made the booking 15 minutes earlier so why would we need to pay £281 as a penalty for not understanding their website. We are entitled to cancel if a mistake has been made. The TaxiCode rep Kabeer was very unhelpful and rude and he refused to refund - we have been wrongly charged alot of money for a service that Taxicode did not provide - avoid this company!
