Use these guys every week and rarely have an issue. Had one issue where the driver didn't arrive but I was refunded promptly. The minicab industry is famously difficult. Ever heard 'he's just round the corner' or 'He's 5 minutes away'. Its more a minicab operator issue rather than a booking issue.
