I booked through Taxicode for a fixed fee Heathrow to Covent Garden . The phone number for the allocated taxi company was incorrect leading me to believe it was a scam The driver failed to turn up, eventually I found out they had gone to the wrong terminal, I was advised to get a taxi from the rank & was told it would be cheaper than their service. It cost me 35 pounds more , I have requested payment of the difference but the company will not respond to my emails & cannot help on the phone , THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT DELIVERING ON THE CONTRACT DO NOT USE
