I can confirm that this company is a scam. They don't answer their phone 9 times out of 10. They charged me $538 US to book a car to pick up my Mum. I called back immediately to cancel as they couldn't confirm that a driver or company would actually be there to pick her up. Took me 7 calls to find someone who picked up. They told me I couldn't cancel (even though the trip was for 3 days hence) so they would take the whole cost. Now no one will answer the phone. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charge. What a scam. I wish I had read the reviews first.
