Hello, Taxicode's website is very deceiving. The destination I choose was not clear. I choose Southampton and they assigned me to Central London. I tried to change the destination which was impossible. Canceling the entire trip was also impossible. Refunds are impossible. I feel it was their website that was at fault. And, this is for a trip that was 2 months from the reservation, so a change should have been possible.
