Was desperate for a taxi - Google search brought up this - amazing I thought! Put in the details chose a taxi company and paid through Klarna (pay in 3) - was “Awaiting a driver” for about 30 mins - it was taking too long so I cancelled. Managed to get a taxi from a local company instead. The next day the Klarna payment came out. £47 for absolutely NOTHING - emailed quoting consumer rights act 2015 - 7 days later - email response - no refund as per terms and conditions I agreed to when making the booking. Disgusting. Now reading all the other reviews I feel so stupid…
