Booked a car to travel back from and event which was then cancelled. Even given that this was out of my control only a 10% refund was offered, which is wholly unreasonable in my opinion.
Also, this company seems to set itself up as "local" by buying up domains taxi.co.uk and then slapping their national booking portal on there. There is nothing local, wholesome or customer-minded about this company. All round very shady and one to avoid at all costs!
