I booked this taxi service in advance for my manager and three employees to get to there GSM meeting on time. I received an email at 7:54 saying there had been a change of drivers, ok fair enough! They were due to be at the pick up location by 8am.
They call and say they will be there by 8:15, my manager contacts me saying they are still not here its 8:21. They finally arrive at 8:30!!! 30 minutes late!!! This event was very important to the company and they were late! Avoid Avoid Avoid
