I booked them to meet me and my family from St Pancras. I told them my Eurostar and expected them to monitor as they do with aircraft. As it was, the train was delayed but we were not told a new time of arrival until we had gone through the tunnel. I tried to inform them but couldn't get through. When we arrived, there was no one to meet us. Eventually I managed to get through only to be told that we were late so they cancelled our booking (yet still charged the full fare London-Oxford). Absolutely useless: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
