Scam. This company took £36.50 for a pre booked 4 mile journey. I accepted the cost as live in a rural location with no other choice. The taxi didn't arrive and left us no option to walk home on an unlit lane! I called numerous times but there was no answer. I have tried to get a refund but all taxicode says is the taxi made the journey....absolute lie. In fact the company they issued the job to was based in London.....I'm closer to Bristol! SCAM....not only will you be out of pocket you risk being stranded and left on danger!
