I made a booking for the 18th April, during to the Corona virus outbreak and working in the NHS I had to cancel my booking, I paid over£100, I am not entitled to it back because of the cancellation policy, absolutely disgusting, over£100.00 for nothing, hope I don't have to come across them again.
