for the past 4 months they do not debit money from my account and they make it my problem. now my phone is suspended after I made contact and could not get through to the mobile department. left a message and no one contacted me, the next day they suspended my line. cannot wait to pay off the contract and cancel it. wouldn't recommend TELKOM to anyone and that 180 number they always say we should contact, you can never get anyone you can speak to there. I ended up contacting the 10210 number that is where the consultant said she will email mobile and let them contact me.
