I received on the 27th May 2024 but nothing till number. I called 19 minutes today to be told to call after few minutes.
I am even tired of being transferred to one department after another being made to verify to everyone giving my name, number, Physical address and email address to one department after another. I was transferred more than 14 times for nothing.
My cellphone internet stopped. My unlimited account has internet that I cannot use from 1st June 2024. I called more that 30 times without any working advice regardless I spent over R4000.00 to telkom per month. I'm now sitting at Telkom The Glen Mall where they told me "sorry, we can't help you, no technicians here, just keep calling".
