Telkom is useless. I’ve recently changed to fibre internet and after the installation no one closed the order off which needs to be done in order to work. So even though it shows up and running, we have no access to the internet…but why we are being charged for it?
I’ve called so many times a day and requested them to close the order off so that we can use the internet. A week has passed and nothing has changed. Why must we pay for something that we can’t use just because of Telekom’s own mistake?
