My account was debited on the 28th of February. I have been calling Telkom for the past 3 days and everyone tells me of the 24 hours turn around time for my services to be restored I use my phone for campus and they don't seem to care. Telkom is the worst and I can't wait for my contract to finish so I can move very far away from them. I will never ever recommend Telkom to anyone. I hate Telkom with a passion.. Joining Telkom was the worst mistake I have ever done in my life. This morning I contacted Telkom again and they now tell me I have to wait another 14 days. Can somebody please tell me what the problem is??
