I got a data contract in January. The SIM card then only worked for 2 weeks then it was suspended. I went into telkom mall of Africa to find out what the issue is and they were not able to assist. They suspect fraudulent activity on the SIM.
I asked for details and they were not able to assist, they claimed that it would take 7 to 10 working days to investigate. It is now the 8th of March and issue has not be resolved. I have called the call center several times and I have visited the telkom shop in mall of Africa several times. I have sent documents several times.
