For the last two months my account has been suspended because my account has been "handed over" due to arrears. Which I have all the proof of my debit orders coming off. When I call their collectors VVM they cannot see why I have been handed over, but don't provide me with any feedback other than "contact Telkom directly". I have emailed their documents department with proof of payments; I have requested call backs; and I have sat on the phone on hold with the useless call center and to date still nothing - no answers. I have requested to speak to a manager, I am still waiting for the manager to give me a call back. Telkom has THE worst service, it really can't be that difficult to reconcile payments for your account holders!
