Telkom's account department is just a mess. They bill you twice for the same thing and add extra charges for something that is even their fault. No one cares to correct their problem but they just enjoy robbing us the customers. They tried to debit my account on 05 April 2023 and their debit bounced. Not because there was not enough money in my account but because of their technical issues. Then they penalized me by trying to debit for the previous month (March) and the current month (April) and that debut failed too. I immediately called their call center to find out what was going on. The lady could not understand either. I immediately decided to pay the total and sent proof of my bank statement when they tried their 1st debit. Then I also sent another proof of payment for March and April. Today on the 5th May, I got another statement saying that my balance for April is still the same amount that they tried to debit before and has extra charges on it for the failed debits. Nobody cares to correct that mistake on their side. All they care about is to keep robbing the customers. Telkom is very pathetic. I need a way to cancel both contracts even if it means paying off those two contracts settlements. They have a very pathetic accounts department.
