An erroneous over-payment was made in the beginning of April. I have applied numerous times to get a refund for MY money back that they do not have any right to keep. You get pushed around from person to person everyone saying that they can’t give you more information as it’s a different department. This is getting ridiculous, and honestly CRIMINAL!
