Absolutely useless and unhelpful.
Its just problem after problem after ordering fibre on June 28th and now it is August 7th.
My fibre is still not installed.
I am so furious as this is my means for work.
And i was told telkom is the 'best'
The customer service team is useless and don't even give detailed replies.
I asked the same question 3 times which they didn't answer
