I had my contact phone canceled as I was not satisfied with the product within 7 days and I'm still being billed up until today.. I did contact telkom and confirmed my cancelation and I have a reference number to the cancelation... I'm utterly disgusted that I'm still being billed and it's causing me distress... Telkom is now responsible for theft on my part... They deducted monies not due to them and I will now go foward with a case
