This couple of days has been hectic for me.You know not evens once did telkom billing contact me and mind you people in the branch cannot assist you with billing issues.
All that I can say, is that your services is poor - you show no interest towards the customer after I've been a very loyal customer for 6 years.
BILLING DEPARTMENT MIND YOU DON'T DO UNTO OTHERS THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DONE U TO YOU.
