Such poor customer service. I have a fibre account with Telkom, they keep on suspending my service every month although they are collecting the debit order religiously every month without fail. They keep on deducting the incorrect amount from what is reflected on the statement and then suspend the account for non-payment. This is despite the fact that I called them last month and informed them that this was the case & they informed me that they adjusted the debit amount for the debit order but they have again deducted a lesser amount via debit order and then decided to suspend my service without prior warning
