I’ve had a contract with Telkom over the last 24months & renewed itOctober or so last year. A month later I discovered they over debit my account claiming it heir debit bounce. My Bank reversed the debit since that was not true. Now again I discovered Telkom misuses a clause in their contract that if their debit goes unpaid they charge over R200 in penalty. My Bank FNB & I went through all 3 debits, there’s never been a point where my account didn’t have money.However over the last 3 months without me noticing because I don’t keep a watchful on my debits. I was wrongfully hanged penalties. Again FNB reversed my money. Telkom decides to cut me off their services. ..I think Telkom is pathetic & they now with so much competition getting desperate. I’ll never recommend this service provider to anyone. Instead I will spread my experience. Pat Msane
