Want to give Telkom a rating less than one star.I contacted Telkom mobile services 081180 and spent the most frustrating morning.Our internet is down since yesterday so I made several calls this morning. Was given an option between English , Afrikaans and other African languages. Chose Afrikaans twice, yet was addressed in English..????Secondly,i know I dialed the correct number but was told it was the wrong number and was transferred to another department……just to be transferred back to the number I know was the correct one.
My impression was that if they don’t feel like dealing with your issues, you’re told it is the wrong number and transferred or the line is dropped.
They still ask if you would recommend Telkom to anyone?
