You have a very rude girl in your customer care called Constance, she is the most useless and pathetic agent ever! All I'm trying to do here is cancel my old contract which had become a month-to-month since the router was stolen. I have since taken a new contract, so how can I be charged for two contracts when the other doesn't exist anymore??? Just to cancel a contract becomes a mission with those untrained consultants who ask you useless questions and struggle to get us satisfied.
