I have been on 180 for a half and hour trying to get an option to speak to a consultant. How does telkom expect to give self-service if advice is required. This will result in me and many others to cancel our contract. I find this a waste of time. Telkom must now phone me, or advise how do I speak toa human being. I need to speak to consultant. You service is going from bad to worse. I have been a client for more than 20 years.
