I have taken out a contract with Telkom at a rate of R529, LTE home device. Now I have been billed for the past 3 months an additional account subscription and once off charges that varies monthly. When I called to enquire about it I was put through to different departments about 7 times without knowing what the additional subscription is. This is outrages. I have to use my own airtime to keep contacting Telkom. I will not be renewing with Telkom.
