Telkom has the most awful service that I have ever received from a service provider. They do not send the correct billing details on time and cut off the internet connect without warning. Further to this, their payment methods do not work, their website does not work, nor does their app.
This is not my first terrible experience with telkom cutting off my internet without warning. They can barely explain why their invoices are not sent on time and why they reflect the incorrect amount. I'm absolutely livid. I have to fork out R1600 out of the blue because telkom is just incompetent.
