I have cancelled my contract with Telkom because of their poor services. Last month I was debited twice and I am still waiting for my refund. They made a mistake to debit me twice yet they said I shouldn’t reverse my debit order.
Telkom is now like a scam. It is easy for them to charge us a penalty for late payment yet they can’t even refund us when they have made a mistake for debiting us twice in a month. This is not acceptable.
