Telkom debited my account in May; they claim payment bounced. I sent them statements and went to the bank to verify.
No payment bounced. They have locked my account. I have spoken to more than 3 consultants who have not gotten back to me. It's frustrating and they do not care.
No one responds to emails. Their branches cannot even help,
