If it was possible to give a rating with zero stars, I would. Fibre coverage is erratic and unreliable. Slow internet speeds regardless of what option you took for your contract. The contract price is unilaterally increased by Telkom every few months. The call center is useless and keeps redirecting you to other departments until you give up out of frustration. They also make it impossible for you to give notice of termination or cancelation after the fixed contract period ends.
