The most annoying service provider ever!!!! By end of June they couldn't debit from my account because, I reported for fraud. I took the means of calling them to inform them. I even paid through EFT. And mind you they always claim that their calls are being recorded. So after fixing my bank account the following month I was already on earners. I don't know how and I kept receiving the messages that my account has been frozen. Instead of paying R970. I've been debited R1500 this month I've been debited R2000. Then I had to top it up with R990. So I kept on calling them to no luck of knowing why I had to pay so much. Until one of their consulted told me that my account has been handed over to the collector. And if I didn't call them I was still going tobe in the dark. To this day my account is still on arrears. This is my 4th contract with them and I've never gave them a problem when it comes to paying for my contracts. They've always been up to date. Until this encounter that I came across with this contract. I regret from taking another contract with them. Only if I knew this is how. They treat their customers. I wasn't gonna sign up another contract with them. But the thing is I use to rate then high. Little did I know I was gonna go through this.....
