The most useless and pathetic customer service. Improve your business for current customers instead of hounding them on a daily basis for extra business to upgrade their contracts. You’re very quick to make a nuisance out of yourselves several times throughout the day, but the moment you’re actually required for assistance then you drop off the face of this earth and leave minimal options for a customer to get through to you.
