I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Telkom agents. I signed a contract for R209 per month, but my second bill showed an unexpected increase to R700. Upon inquiry, I was told that airtime and additional services were included without my consent. It appears the agent prioritized commission over transparency. I've attempted to contact Telkom via WhatsApp to rectify the issue and cancel the unnecessary additions, but they're ignoring my messages. In contrast, they were highly responsive during the sales process.
