I have been billed incorrectly for the 3rd month in a row. I have been calling them after every incorrect statement that I got and get an apology and an empty promise that a credit will be given to me. This month I got fed up and asked the agent to give me contact details for a manager I have emailed him 3 times already and to date no response on my emails. yesterday i received an sms not even on my primary number that a credit for R161 will be given on my next statement I mean come on are they serious I added up how much they overcharged me for the 3 months and it amounts to R564.54 and they think a R161 credit is sufficient. No I am seriously disgusted with telkom I have been a good paying customer for many years now and this kinda service that I am getting from them is disgusting and unacceptable
