tekom 'created' a second account for me after i migrated to a new package. they have been debiting my account with the unauthorised 'contract' since august. they acknowled via e mail that this account was created in error. i,ve made 24 phonecalls and everytime i have to jump through the usual hoops. i,ve now had enough. this same debit order has been raised against my bank account again payable end nov.
i will return this and if they dare to blacklist i shall sue them for defamation and emotional stress.
NOTE. open serve did my installation. happy with these guys
