I would start by saying, telkom is no longer my preferred network provider. They suspended my phone and when visiting their brunch in Savanah Mall Polokwane I was told that my account is in order and I could not even call their customer care since my phone is suspended, They used their sim card on my phone to call their customer care or Billing department and I was told that I owe telkom R188.00 which they are unable explain. The lady told me that I must just pay it in order for my phone to be reconnected.
I feel scammed by telkom
I will not recommend it to any one even my enemies.
All my family members on telkom I will advise them to switch to other network.
