They’re not customer friendly at all. Customer care sucks to the core. They’re very inflexible. I’ve had a really terrible experience with them. Heaven forbid, you can’t find your package or it goes missing, they will make no arrangements either for a refund/credits/reshipment. Don’t buy from them.
