I ordered four items. Items were delivered but one important and most expensive of the items was not enclosed, and as such was not delivered. I contacted Temu and they denied issuing my refund for the undelivered item, claiming that the warehouse footage showed items were are enclosed. I sent a photo of what were in the package, they still denied and refused to refund my money. I am attaching photos as proof. Be careful with Temu! They don’t know anything about customer service. A very greedy company!
