It's a company with extremely poor customer service. Beatrice within the customer service team acknowledged that two of my items was never delivered and rather than rectify the situation by refunding or simply shipping the item I was basically told I'm a liar, they don't care and stop contacting then. Anyone reading this I would think twice before using there services!
