I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent encounter with Temu. Despite returning incorrect items, I haven't received my balance refund of 25 QAR, which is still pending. To add insult to injury, they're requiring me to place another order worth at least 125 QAR to process the refund. This experience has left a sour taste, and I cannot recommend Temu to anyone. Their service is subpar, and their refund policy is inflexible and frustrating. I'm forced to spend an additional 100 QAR to meet their minimum order requirement, which is unacceptable. Avoid using Temu unless you want to risk facing similar issues."
