The 1st line Customer Service people are fine.. When it gets expedited to next level nothing happens.. In the past 6 orders there have been issues. Recently I placed two orders one regular way because it had electronics. That 2nd order shipped with electronics The first order placed that day I paid to expedite the other order and the first day it could arrive is tomorrow 7/2.. Window is July 2nd to 8th. Even if it ships tomorrow it wont make it given what I have recently experienced hence me paying 12.90 US to expedite. I just got off phone, ( I did virtual agent 2 days ago) and order still has not been gathered. He explained that some items are out of stock . I requested they just cancel those items and ship rest. Nope.. it had already been escalated, an action I find to be useless, though I am given a credit 😅 I wonder why Temu thinks I want to do this anymore. Your system isn't working anymore, perhaps you have grown too big. I also find it amusing that you will give me a 13.00 credit if it goes past the 8th? Darn straight you will.. because you will refund my expedite shipping. No thank you on Temu credit. Buyers be aware.. this isn't the good deal it once was.. and though the 1st round of people are always helpful, their hands are tied to influence anything.
