Have been with them for a while now spend a lot of money, stupidly I did the spin the wheel when you hit target in my case was to get £90 in credits just before I hit the target after spending hundreds! It disappeared, customers service sead they would give me £3 in credits which I refused they then offered £19 in credits, after being on all day trying to get it sorted I excepted the £19 which would mean I would have to spend another £15 to get, but then they credited me with £3 not £19 as promised, it's just all a big con !!
