Temu makes it as hard a possible to get a refund or send items back for a refund, they expect your payment up front and then give you the “run around” if you are not happy with the item or service you have received.
I will “not” be using them again they use the Chinese approach to business money up front mess you around and delay until you give up facing a brick wall of misunderstanding and delay tactics to avoid repayment at all costs BEWARE,!
