Bought post caps for a fence. Worked great. So next fence job, showed customer and ordered 24 caps. Job got delayed beyond return timeline. Boxes arrived undamaged and were placed on untouched shelf until fence completed. Open to find five of them are broken, physically cracked. Tried writing. No replying. Call customer service (oxymoron!) and after 10 minuof ‘let me check’ I get a ‘we will send you a $20 coupon , look for in email’. I figure, ´ok, covers slightly less than cost to replace - and they need to match or I buy all new from somewhere else. . BUT coupon arrives by email and it is not $20. It is 20% upto &20. In other words I must buy $100 to get the $20 back. And why would that help anyone except them?
Buyer beware. Not a quality seller.
