Worse customer service ever, I spent more than two hours requesting to please write on my packages for the courier to deliver to my address, but they refused, and because they can care less my packages were always dumped to the closest post office, and they are as bad as Temu, I'm temporarily in a wheelchair (I'll be for 2 months or more), therefore, I can't drive or have anyone to pick-up my packages for me. I stop ordering now, the only reason why I didn't close my account, is because I still have a product to send back, but once is fobe and my money back to my account, I'll do it.
